Our spotlight on risk case study focuses on a systematic handling of risk and the design of a commercial structure to ensure full coverage of risks in the LNG chain.
We have been delivering online training for many years and know how to ensure the interaction is the same as if you were in a classroom.
The trainer will share his screen to allow you to follow the training session, which will be very practical. Our trainer will include polls, group work, exercises, discussions and breaks.
The course will be 50% pre-recorded, on-demand material that can be accessed at the delegates preferred time. 50% will be delivered ‘live’ with the trainer – timings of this will be flexible in order to best meet the requirements of the demographics of the delegates.
You will be able to ask questions, give feedback and participate in the practical sessions. Class sizes will be capped to ensure every delegate will be guaranteed quality time with the trainer.
Dr Yvonne Barton is an expert in energy markets and regulation and specialist in the development of LNG receiving and regasification facilities.
Yvonne worked for more than ten years at BG, where she held a number of senior executive roles including Head of Mergers & Acquisitions and Head of E&P UK Gas Sales. She was also Chairman of British Gas Asia Pacific, Singapore and President of BG in Italy.
Some of Yvonne’s most recent roles include being an advisor for an LNG FRSU in Lithuania including drafting the Terminal Use Agreement; LNG Purchase and Gas Sales contracts for a new import terminal in the Eastern Mediterranean; Colombian E&P company on a new LNG export project, EU energy and environmental policy for the Crown Estate Commissioners and advisor on strategic entry to the Italian market for a north African major. She was also lead advisor for the first floating LNG terminal, in Italy; also Lead advisor to a joint developer of an LNG import project in Sicily. She has also offered commercial support on markets and EU regulations to various gas contract price renegotiations in NW and Central Europe and was an expert to CEER on the development of TPA regulations for LNG import terminals in Europe.
